Role Description
Are you looking for a side gig? EmPower Family Wellness Center hosts intentional community social events, and we need someone who knows how to make people feel welcome the moment they walk in. The Social Event Facilitator will lead connection-focused events that promote connection and wellness.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate event flow and participant engagementAssist with light setup and cleanupCreate a welcoming environment throughout the eventRecord footage of the event for marketing and documentation purposesCollect and upload participant evaluations post-events
Qualifications
Experience in event planning, coordination, or group facilitationStrong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse families and individualsTime management and organizational skills to manage logistics and schedules effectivelyKnowledge of family wellness, mindfulness practices, or creative arts is a plusFlexibility to fulfill hybrid working requirements, with reliable transportation for in-person eventsMust be able to pass background check
Pay: $25/hour per event
