Base $50-55k plus Tiered Commission, Benefits and Bonus Potential

A high-volume restaurant in Reading, PA is seeking a sales-driven, outgoing Events & Social Media Manager to own private events and our online presence.

This is a full-time, events-only role – no general management duties.

What You'll Do:

Be the main contact for all event inquiries (website, Facebook, Instagram, walk-ins, phone)Sell event packages and manage the full event cycle from lead to executionEnsure events are properly set up, staffed, and flawlessly executed – greet guests and lead the team on-siteCreate and post consistent, engaging social media content to drive event salesManage all leads and follow-up in Monday.comCollaborate with the GM on event staffingWhat You Need:

Experience in sales, marketing, and social mediaOutgoing personality that can engage and closeStrong organization and ability to consistently create and post contentMust be available weekends and late nights for events. Flexible hours when no events are booked.Compensation:

Base: $50-55kTiered Monthly CommissionYear-end manager bonus
