As a key leadership position within our Food & Beverage Division, the Sous Chef will play a vital role in overseeing the restaurant’s culinary operations in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine. • Communication: Facilitate smooth communication within the kitchen team and with management to ensure seamless operations. • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain stock levels, reduce waste, and control costs.
