These positions support a hybrid work schedule and require onsite presence at our Baltimore campus during preparation for and support of in-person events. Organizing, planning and managing all aspects of the event planning process including pre-planning, logistics coordination, participant registrations and reservations, travel authorization and expense reports, execution and post-event review for in-person, hybrid and virtual events. Work with external vendors and caterers to obtain required event supplies and services.
