As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities As an Event Assistant, you will be responsible for: • Coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, technical requirements, and staffing • Assisting with event marketing and promotion, including social media and email campaigns • Managing event budgets and financial reports • Working closely with the Events team to ensure seamless event delivery To be considered for this role, you must: • Have a strong understanding of event management principles and practices • Be able to work effectively in a team environment • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook • Have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
