• Set up event space before each event: prepare space for food/bev service needs, light candles, set out programs, control music/lighting, and ensure the space is clean and inviting • Coordinate with event manager for intermission & post-show access and manage expectations with guests • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure • Familiarity with donor/member guest service protocols • Knowledge of ADA guest needs or crowd flow management
