Special Event Coordination Manager The WTC Special Events Coordination Manager acts as the client’s representative with various stakeholders and assists in obtaining approvals for special events at the WTC. Additionally, the Special Events Coordination Manager serves a key function in the notification, communication, coordination, and production of the various special events at the WTC. • Assist stakeholders/tenants in the special event application process to obtain necessary permits and approvals from government agencies on site. • Provide timely updates to CBRE management and the Customer Experience Program Manager on progress with assigned work tasks, upcoming events and projects.
