Job Summary The Vanderbilt University Catering Banquet Captain is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of catering events on campus. This includes coordinating with event planners, managing staff, and overseeing logistics to ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate with event planners to understand event requirements and develop a customized plan to meet their needs. • At least 3 years of experience in catering or hospitality management, preferably in a university setting.
