Summary/Objective: The Special Events Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of Special Events at First Horizon Park. This role involves planning and executing event setups and teardowns, as well as coordinating the scheduling of staff and third-party vendors. The position will also require leading events and maintaining regular communication with clients. · Generating event leads and drive revenue through face-to-face meetings, site visits, networking, follow-up, and upselling opportunities. · Oversee the event setup, tear-down, and ensure compliance with all facility requirements including coordination, permits and communication with contracted third-party vendors · Serve as the primary venue contact and principal liaison for all events at First Horizon Park · Assist with gathering of marketing materials of events to use for the First Horizon Park channels.
