Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Special Event Coordinator at the National American Indian Court Judges Association in Boulder, CO, with flexibility for remote work. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Qualifications • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Experience in event planning and coordination • Background in handling administrative tasks related to executing events • Knowledge of budgeting and negotiation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software • Knowledge of or willingness to learn the Whova Conference App.
