Special Event Lead

• Coordination and execution of special events, promotions, community events in a timely and professional manner, to include but not limited to: attending all meetings required for event planning, organizing equipment and supplies such as ice, balloons, POS, etc., scheduling staffing, set up, break down and clean up, and all corresponding paperwork associated with the event such as proposals, checklists, check requests, event summaries and budget analysis. • Daily agenda and call report must be completed accurately and in detail for monthly review by Market Manager. • Repair Neon's in compliance with Suncoast Beverage Sales and Safety compliance standards. • Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. • Inventory and Budget management required
