You'll be the face of Carmine's for corporate groups, milestone celebrations, bachelorette parties, convention buyouts, and everything in between. Serve as the primary point of contact for all special events, large-party reservations, and off-site catering inquiries at Carmine's Las Vegas Sell, negotiate, and coordinate events from initial inquiry through day-of execution, ensuring every guest feels like family Leverage the high-traffic Las Vegas Strip location — proactively cultivating relationships with hotel concierges, convention planners, casino hosts, and corporate travel managers Conduct outside sales calls and attend networking events to generate new group business across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market Collaborate closely with our General Manager, FOH leadership, and Executive Chef to deliver seamless, memorable events Maintain accurate CRM records, respond promptly to all leads, and follow up consistently to maximize conversion Partner with the Director of Special Events to develop sales strategies, set revenue goals, and hit targets Host site visits and walk-throughs, showcasing our private dining spaces and the full Carmine's experience Stay current on Las Vegas market trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal opportunities to keep Carmine's top of mind
