Special Events Manager — The Longinus Project
The Special Events Manager coordinates the planning and execution of the Longinus Project’s inaugural international task force at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, May 27–30, 2027. Working closely with project leadership and institutional partners, the manager oversees participant travel and lodging, venues, hospitality, vendors, schedules, budgets, communications, and on-site operations. The position requires exceptional organization, discretion, cultural competence, and the ability to create a seamless experience for senior military leaders, scholars, clinicians, chaplains, and other invited participants.
