The Special Events Manager is responsible for assisting the organization in reaching its overall fundraising goals by serving as the lead staff coordinating signature fundraising events and other community events, including working with teammates and committees around the state. · Works with the Development Director to establish annual goals and strategies for the organization’s signature events. · Primary lead to managing event and auction committees, including meetings and responsibilities and working with development team as needed to recruit leadership needed to ensure success. · Is familiar with the RMHC donor database and works closely with the Development Associate on entry and donor data, tracking, and reporting. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
