The Perfect Petal, an award-winning floral creative team based in Denver, is seeking a Special Event Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the execution of special events and weddings. In this position, the Operations & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of event logistics, including the ordering of supplies, scheduling of staff, and coordination with vendors. The manager will work closely with the Wedding Director and Event Directors, ensuring that all aspects of the events are executed flawlessly and that the team is supported throughout the process. , • Ensure props and product spending remains within budget and manage the ordering of all needed fabrication for events and weddings. , • Lead internal meetings with Operations support staff and meet regularly with Ops team and Wedding + Events teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
