Special Event Planner

• *Event Planning Role** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our events team as a Special Event Planner! In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing special events held on city properties and rights-of-way. Your duties will include: • Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders • Managing event logistics and operations • Oversight of event budgets (excluding vendor contracts) You will work closely with our events team to ensure smooth execution of events, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.
