Special Event Planner

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Events Coordinator to plan and execute multiple events within our retail stores. This includes children's birthday parties, craft classes, and other special events. • Coordinate events to ensure seamless experiences for guests • Foster strong relationships with clients by creating engaging environments • Lead party participants in creative activities and workshops • Implement event add-ons according to company standards • Collaborate with clients and store teams on event communications Customer Service: • Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions • Deliver prompt and friendly checkout experiences • Highlight benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards Additional Responsibilities: • Complete operational tasks including merchandise duties • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety • Prioritize daily store maintenance Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress • Experience working with children and children's events • Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
