GOLDEN HOPE FOUNDATION is dedicated to delivering meaningful results and fostering long-lasting relationships. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Special Event Planner. Qualifications: • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management • Proficiency in Budgeting and meeting financial goals for events • Strong skills in Communication and collaborating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Expertise in Meeting Planning and managing event schedules and timelines • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field • Familiarity with event management software is a plus
