The role of Special Event Planner for the 20th Annual Alaska Jewish Cultural Gala is a pivotal seasonal, part-time position at the Alaska Jewish Campus located in Anchorage. Spanning from early September through mid-November, this role demands a dedicated and energetic professional to oversee all facets of planning and production for one of Anchorage's most anticipated social events. Pay for this role ranges between $35.00 and $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise. Initially, the commitment involves 5 to 20 hours per week, increasing to full-time hours in the final week leading up to and including the event dates.

The selected event planner will be entrusted with the significant responsibility of orchestrating a black-tie gala at the Dena'ina Convention Center, designed to celebrate Jewish culture while promoting inclusivity and community engagement. This elegant affair not only aims to provide an unforgettable experience for attendees but also serves as a key fundraiser for the Alaska Jewish Campus.
