Special Event Project Manager

- Coordinate all aspects of event productions including CADs drawings, production meetings, and Time and Action plans - Complete site walks to create and develop detailed CADs in support of sales staff and clients for the purpose of executing event delivery, setup and strikes successfully and efficiently - Strong skills in event production, time management, as well as interpersonal and customer service skills - Proficiency with, or aptitude to learn, Point of Rental software - Strong initiative and will convey appropriate sense of urgency
