The Special Events Administrative Coordinator will assist the Special Events Manager in compiling composite reports and performing the work of various administrative functions as it pertains to all events in the City. The Special Events Administrative Coordinator will also oversee temporary employees assigned to work the Harbor Lights Event and must be experienced in cash handling. Manages the daily operations of the Administrative duties for the Special Events Department. Prepares and maintains routine records and reports; assists in compiling specialized composite reports for the Special Events Department. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
