Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Special Event Management, Marketing, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Additionally, applicants should have two years of progressively responsible experience in planning and coordinating events and programs, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the minimum requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have knowledge of event planning and management techniques.
