This Special Events and Experience Manager position is responsible for all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of community events organized by the Parks Department for the City of Fishers. This role will work closely with both internal (city departments, public safety, volunteers, etc.) • Pursue and maintain partnership opportunities with local organizations/vendors. • Manage all logistical aspects of events, including run of show, site maps, set-up/tear-down and staff coverage. • Coach, mentor, and manage full-time and part-time staff as assigned.
