This Special Events and Experiences Manager position is responsible for all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of community events organized by the Parks Department for the City of Fishers. This role will work closely with both internal (city departments, public safety, volunteers, etc.) This position will supervise full-time and part-time employees and manage multiple volunteers during events. • Pursue and maintain partnership opportunities with local organizations/vendors. • Coach, mentor, and manage full-time and part-time staff as assigned.
