The Special Events Assistant is responsible for support in the planning and execution of a variety of events for the organization. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to determine event requirements and objectives. • Liaise with vendors, including caterers, AV technicians, decorators, and venue staff. • Supports event logistics, including, but not limited to: registration, transportation, accommodations, and scheduling. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.
