The ability to simultaneously focus on coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and implement programs that are fiscally responsible is desired. 3+ years of industry related experience Knowledge of VA ABC law and regulations (training available) Core Responsibilities • Assist in leading, coaching, and monitoring the performance of a dynamic team and outside vendors that create remarkable experiences • Act as a liaison between Activities staff and division management • Assist in analyzing key metrics to make data driven decisions • Research, create, and execute exceptional activities and events • Solicit, review, and respond to direct participant feedback to ensure programs are well received and of the highest quality • Maintain inventory database and procurement of supplies • Draft and maintain departmental SOP's that supports efficient operations of activities, classes, and events • Serve as a leader with the Hospitality Operations Management Team • Other duties as assigned by management For more information, contact Gabriel Diaz at 540-289-3143.
