Special Events Associate | Entry-Level

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Special Events Associate to join a growing charity-focused event marketing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, and nonprofit promotions while making a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll assist with on-site fundraising campaigns, community events, and charity promotions while developing the skills needed to grow into a leadership or campaign management role. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field OR 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event support • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Outgoing and personable, able to interact with a wide range of community members • Proactive, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing environment • Ability to work occasional nights or weekends for events; reliable transportation required (travel reimbursed) • Passion for charity, community engagement, and fundraising • Additional experience in marketing strategies, event coordination, or nonprofit campaigns is a plus, but full paid training is provided Gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and make a meaningful impact in your community through hands-on training and mentorship.
