We are seeking a motivated Special Events Associate to join our fast-growing event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to national corporations and high-profile clients. Our team creates unique, research-driven campaigns that generate new revenue streams through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies, and personalized advertising campaigns.
As part of our expanding portfolio, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist with events and grow into campaign management roles, helping develop new clients. This position is a key member of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for eventsCoordinate event setup, visual merchandising, inventory management, and on-site logisticsProcess and track event salesServe as Event Manager when necessaryLead by example as an enthusiastic member of the event staff and mentor internsTraining & DevelopmentOur hands-on Special Events Training Program provides exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management. Entry-level candidates gain real-world experience with multiple clients and senior management guidance, fostering confidence, professional growth, and career advancement.
