Special Events Catering and Event Lead

The Catering and Event Lead maintains detailed event records, trains, and develops employees to ensure excellent banquets and departmental (PCC Departments are the clients) events. Provide detailed and calculated production plans for each event. Works on and oversees the events as assigned to ensure the highest quality of event is delivered to the client. Records should include a timeline of the planning and execution of the event, menu, pictures of the final plated menu, products ordered, issues that were overcome, staffing needs, facility needs, departmental needs from other departments, employee performance, pictures showing important details such as table setting, room layout, decorations used, and any other important details. Ensure proper stewardship of all products and labor used in the events that you oversee.
