Job Description: Special Events Coordinator The incumbent will also support the whole development team and actively participate in implementing the Fundraising and Development Strategic Plan under the direction of the Director of Development. Position Responsibilities: • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and manage fundraising events from concept to completion, ensuring they meet fundraising goals and reflect the mission of Spectrum360. • Collaboration with the Development Team: Work closely with the Director of Development and other team members to align events with broader fundraising strategies and goals. • Reports to the Director of Development.
