The Special Events Coordinator also supports the Director of Development to produce and attend successful signature fundraising events throughout the year including Tree of Light, Butterfly Release and Golf & Tennis. This role also works in partnership with the HCP volunteer department to produce a meaningful volunteer recognition event and participates in the office reception call group. • Understand and communicate the mission of Hospice of Central PA. • Able to be flexible, personally and professionally. • Supports the organization in all fundraising events, including Tree of Lights, Butterfly Release, Golf Tournament, etc. • Works to ensure proper acknowledgment of Tree of Light and Butterfly Release gifts in partnership with volunteer acknowledgment teams.
