Special Events Coordinator job at Hunter Museum of American Art. The Special Events Coordinator works closely with the Special Events Manager to implement a customer-centric, goal-oriented sales and events program which will generate revenue, attendance and awareness for the Hunter Museum. • After event, solicit vendor staff feedback and report performance results to the Special Events Manager. • Complete office hours as necessary to coordinate and/or plan events which may include working directly with the client both in the sales and planning stages of the event. • Ability to maintain cooperative and pleasant work relationships with clients, employees, volunteers and visitors to the museum.
