Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for assisting in providing The Villages Special Events in a professional manner throughout The Villages various venues and overseeing and assisting with set-up, safety, design, layout, and production of events. • Assist the Special Events Manager in day of needs, such as but not limited to: • Set up and breakdown. • Assist the Special Events Team in ensuring all events run smoothly from concept to completion. • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business.
