About the Job: The Special Events Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including corporate functions, product launches, and community events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Main Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and audio-visual equipment • Manage event details, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution • Communicate effectively with attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders • Maintain accurate records and reports for events Requirements: • A minimum of one year's experience in event planning or a related field • Proven track record of successfully assisting in planning and executing events • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
