Special Events Coordinator

The coordinator manages the inventory of educational giveaways and provides technical support for audiovisual systems and digital displays. Event Planning and Support Coordinates with vendors on event logistics and execution needs, providing them with available event diagrams and catering locations for events. Collaborates with the Educational Facilities team, trainers, program managers, and other team members to ensure appropriate event staffing, including audiovisual support, room setup, registration and information tables, catering coordination, room refreshes, and participant assistance throughout the day.
