Special Events Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planning Specialist to oversee the planning and execution of various events. This position requires strong event planning expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a background in event management, including experience with festival coordination, crowd management, and marketing strategies. • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying out new and existing events; • Develops and implements event concepts, themes, and designs; • Negotiates contracts for outside services associated with special events; • Tracks event financing and coordinates compliance of certificate of insurance (COI) and event liability exposure;
