Special Events Coordinator

The Special Events Coordinator works with the catering sales and service teams. This is a great entry-level position to join the catering and special events team of BHC. • Maintain accounts in Delphi, including traces, creating, and updating bookings manipulating events in the function diary, and the preparation of Banquet Event Orders. • Previous experience in hotels preferred with a experience in a client facing role • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification. • Ability to operate in a team environment and develop relationships cross-divisionally.
