Previous customer service experience with the proven ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.Must be able to work any day of the week, on any shift, including long hours and holidays when necessary.Ability to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of events and promotions.Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and work respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.Basic computer skills with software systems to include IBM, Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe are required.Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to obtain a Gaming Sheriff's Card.Must comply with company's appearance standards.
