As a Special Events Coordinator at MGM National Harbor, you’ll help bring the excitement to life—from buzz‑worthy promotions to show‑stopping events. The Day-to-day

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotional activitiesPartner with internal teams (PBX, Engineering, Sign Shop, and more) to ensure flawless event executionCreate engaging event communications including guest letters, property‑wide memos, event fact sheets, and promotional collateralResearch, recommend, and manage relationships with vendors and entertainment partnersDevelop official rules for events and promotions and coordinate approvals with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teamsRecommend promotional gifts, manage gift schedules, and prepare gift presentationsProcess vendor payments and event‑related expenses, including check and purchase requisitionsAttend events and promotions as the on‑site point of contact, ensuring all details are executed seamlesslyAssist with additional projects and duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

At least 18 years of ageHas a High School Diploma or GED1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Special Events or a related field

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$23.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
