**Events & Promotions Coordinator – Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin**

**Starting pay is $14.00/HR**

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and guest‑focused Events & Promotions Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and execute exciting events and promotions across the property. This role blends creativity with operational precision and requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

**What We’re Looking For**

* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service
* Ability to plan, coordinate and execute events and promotions
* Provide assistance to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
* Ability to work well with other departments to ensure events and promotions are carried out successfully
* Ability to work on one or more event(s)/promotion(s) at a time
* Prioritize tasks and use time effectively
* Accurately file events and promotion collateral
* Must be able to speak in front of crowds and use microphone to emcee events and promotions
* Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
* Performs related duties as needed
* Must be able to work flexible hours and days
* Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office"
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
* Must be 21years of age
* This is a dual property role and will work at Tropicana & Harrah’s Laughlin
* Must have or be able to obtain Nevada Gaming
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members
