Special Events Coordinator

Maintains ServSafe certification and understands proper food handling, storage, service, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality for catering department Collaborates with the supervisor to support technical/production needs of all Kroc events including coordination, setup, operation, and breakdown of Audio-Visual equipment on a daily basis for meetings and major corporate events Serves as primary contact for rental groups during the events; provides management for all events of the Kroc Center; answers any questions that renters may have.
