Incumbent assists in planning and preparing for conferences, meetings, and special events, including coordinating services for events. Coordinates all event activity and event services during events, assigns duties to other event staff, meets and greets clients upon arrival... and reviews and coordinates schedules for Museum viewing, program needs, and catering operations
