3K a year Department Alumni Association Responsibilities This position directly supports the Advancement Engagement team to create effective engagement events while ensuring that the internal and external stakeholders are engaged and informed. This position will report to the Executive Director of Events. Key responsibilities include data guest management, creation and management of event supplies and collateral, creation of proactive reports, on-site registration management, training and supporting event volunteers, leading venue and vendor research as well as event coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. Experience with and knowledge of the principles and practices of event planning.
