A Day-of Coordinator oversees the management of an event and executes the details outlined in the Banquet Event Order by the Sales Team. We are looking to hire a Day-of-Coordinator with a minimum of two years of experience in a special event related field to work in our downtown Knoxville Venues and our Off-Site Events at various venues and locations in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Once the Sales Team has determined the vision for the event, the Day-of-Coordinator assists in making plans for the event a reality. Day-of-Coordinators have the task of organizing everything on site the day of the event, which includes but is not limited to: · Client requests or special needs for the event
