Special Events Manager

The position of Special Events Manager has the responsibility of overseeing all Casino Marketing special events and promotions as assigned. The Special Events Manager position directly supervises all Special Event Planners and Special Events Phone agents. As a salaried management position, the role requires this individual be available to work any shift necessary to complete job duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Manages the performance and the day to day activities of the Special Event Planners and Special Event Booking Agent(s) • Responsible for the training and overall development of the Special Events staff. • Maintains up to date knowledge of Casino wide promotions, Club Paradise mailers and drawings.
