With our range of private dining options, you - the Special Events Manager - can plan the perfect gathering, whether that’s a large party, a corporate event, an intimate get-together or even a full restaurant buyout for bigger occasions! We are currently hiring, and you would be the perfect candidate if you can answer “this is so me!” to the following: • Has a “yes is the answer what is the question” attitude • Easily adapts to change and thrives in a fast pace (and fun) environment • Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Over the years, you’ve developed a pretty heavy rolodex • No matter how many goals you’ve achieved, you set your sights on higher ones • Keeps calm and closes deals! As the Special Events Manager, you will... • Manage all incoming leads via Open Table, telephone, email and other channels; assists with managing event software • Close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs • Manage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group events • Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking events to procure new business • Build guest loyalty and book repeat business • Communicate with the service team all event details; partners with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives • Book small to large events and able to prioritize tasks efficiently • Works on-site to build a solid team atmosphere Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
