Special Events Manager

Under the general direction of the Director of Development and Communications, the Special Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all organization-wide fundraising events. The Special Events Manager is expected to serve as ambassador at large for Infant Crisis Services and must demonstrate professional excellence and always perform to Infant Crisis Services’ standards of quality. • Manage all event budgets by meticulously tracking income and expenditures and ensuring expenditures do not exceed budgeted amounts. • Work collaboratively with development and communications team and event committees. • Assist in updating Infant Crisis Services’ website and donation pages related to fundraising events.
