The Special Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of memorable, high-quality events and activations designed to enhance MetroNational's community presence, tenant engagement, and overall brand experience. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Community Initiatives, Property Management teams, PR firm partners, and external vendors to ensure cohesive experiences across all touchpoints. • 8-10 years of experience in special event planning, marketing management, and execution, preferably in commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, or community-focused environments. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage event teams.
