Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Manage event planning, design and production within set deadlines • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Provide feedback and reports to stakeholders • Propose ideas to improve event quality and services Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business or Communications • 2-3 years' experience planning and executing events • Ability to manage multiple conferences per year • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
