The Recruiter will coordinate Tri Core's recruitment strategy efforts as identified by partnership and discussions with the leadership team. 1.Responsible for consistency in the creation of job postings on various platforms, including internal ATS and collaboration with leadership to develop, implement, and make necessary changes to recruitment efforts. Partnering with Total Rewards as needed to ensure consistency and equality as positions are amended and regraded. 15.Will assist with the implementation of recruitment strategies identified by leadership to meet the overall needs of the department and organization. • Associate degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience.
